Stays, measured
Every property below carries a measured distance to the sand and the hotel's own board basis wording. Nothing is labelled beachfront unless the gate opens straight onto the beach. Room rates are paid to the hotel, never to us.
Side, Turkey · family room
A two-bedroom family room with a shaded terrace, a shallow lagoon pool and a flat walk to the water. Board basis: all inclusive, meaning all meals, soft drinks, snacks and pool activities are covered by the room rate. Alcoholic drinks are charged separately.
Hurghada, Egypt · two connected rooms
Connected rooms on the second line, half board, with breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant. The house reef is swimmable at high tide only, so the day ledger puts water time before 11:00 and keeps the afternoon indoors.

Cost split
The fee pays for the planning work. Everything you actually travel on is booked and paid with the airline, the property or the local operator, at the price they publish.

Board basis uses hotel-standard wording. The term all inclusive appears only where all meals, drinks, activities and fees are genuinely included, and every use carries the same qualifier.
