Terms of Service
1. Provider

2. Services
We provide itinerary planning, research and information services. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, ecomgmerce.com is not a tour operator or travel agent under Law No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995 "On Tourism" and does not sell tourism services.
3. Prices
Prices are in UAH unless stated otherwise, with applicable taxes indicated. Flights, accommodation and other third-party services are priced and supplied under those providers' own terms; ecomgmerce.com is not a party to those contracts.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Before you order we describe the service, price, delivery and cancellation rules. Under Law No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 "On Protection of Consumer Rights" you may cancel before performance begins; approved refunds are paid by the original method within 14 calendar days.
5. Your role
You must be 18 or older, give accurate details, use the site lawfully, and not scrape or resell our content. You are responsible for travel documents and for third-party providers' rules.
6. Data and cookies
We process names, contact and booking data to perform the service on the basis of your consent and the contract, under Law No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 "On Personal Data Protection" (see Privacy Policy). Non-essential cookies are set only after prior consent, under Law No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020 "On Electronic Communications".
7. Advertising
Promotions are identified as advertising and must not mislead consumers, per Law No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996 "On Advertising". Third-party information is indicative only.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss, third-party acts, force majeure or inaccurate information you supply. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
9. Complaints
Write to info@ecomgmerce.com or call +380 965 040 5064; we answer within 30 calendar days. Unresolved complaints may be sent to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection under Law No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.
10. Governing law
Ukrainian law governs these terms. We may update them; the current version is always published on this page.
