Step 01 · Intake

The TripFit form takes about 90 seconds, then a planner calls

Nothing in the intake is a booking. It exists so your planner knows which coast, which month and which pace suits your family before the first conversation.

  1. 1

    Where and when you travel

You choose Turkey or Egypt and the month you can leave. We reply with sea temperatures and school-holiday pressure for that window, so the decision rests on your own dates rather than a brochure.

  2. 2

    Who is coming with you

Ages of children, room sharing, naps, allergies, mobility needs. These answers decide beach distance in metres and whether a ground-floor family room is realistic.

  3. 3

How slow the days should run

Slow, Balanced or Explorer. Your pace answer sets the three timed blocks in the day ledger and the one optional slot you can skip without changing anything else.

Fill in the TripFit form

After the form, read what the planner sends back.

The planner response

One named planner reads your intake and sends back a pace review

Your intake is answered by a person, not a queue. The reply confirms the pace you chose, names the planner who owns the file, and states what you will receive next.

  • Pace confirmed. Slow, Balanced or Explorer is restated in the reply along with the three timed blocks it produces for a typical day.
  • Children checked. Ages from the intake set the minimum age on any optional excursion, and the planner says when an operator will not take a child.
  • Next step named. The reply tells you which stay shortlist and which booking steps follow, so nothing waits on a second email.

Day ledger

Three timed blocks. One optional slot. Nothing else.

Every plan arrives as a single ledger page: morning, afternoon and evening each hold a fixed time, and anything extra sits in a dashed slot you are free to drop.

  1. 08:30

    Beach and first swim

Shade claimed before the sand heats up. Distance to the waterline is given in metres, checked against the operator factsheet.

  2. 13:00

    Lunch and room rest

Board basis is written in hotel-standard wording, so you know exactly what the kitchen covers for the children.

  3. 17:30

    Shore walk before dinner

Low effort, stroller friendly, and timed to finish well before the evening meal.

  4. Optional

Boat trip to the quiet cove

Run by a third-party provider: four hours, minimum age six, indicative price printed on the day sheet. Skip it and nothing else in the stay changes.

Booking steps

From shortlist to departure checklist

Four steps and one clear ledger. The planning fee is separate from every travel cost, so you can see what ecomgmerce.com charges and what you pay providers directly.

  1. Confirm the trip brief

A 20-minute intake covers destination in Turkey or Egypt, travel month, children's ages and pace. We reply within two working days with three stays and a draft day ledger.

    Response time: two working days.

  2. Approve the planner response

Choose one stay, confirm the beach distance in metres and the board basis, then mark any excursion as optional. The planning fee is invoiced at this point: EUR 79 for a short break, EUR 149 for a standard week, EUR 229 for two weeks or more.

One fee per family, not per person.

  3. Review the day ledger

Each day has three timed blocks maximum and one dashed optional slot. Every optional item says you can skip it and nothing else in the stay changes. You confirm the schedule or ask for a re-pace.

  4. Departure checklist

We send a checklist of documents, transfer times and provider contacts. Flights, hotel rooms, transfers, excursions, insurance and visa fees are booked and paid directly with the relevant provider.

Keep provider invoices separate from the planning fee.
