TripFit intake and contact forms collect name, email, phone, travel preferences, destinations, dates, group size, budget and messages, plus technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited).

3. Purposes and lawful basis

We use data to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver services, keep records and improve the site, on the basis of your consent and contract performance under the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 "On Personal Data Protection".

4. Cookies

Non-essential cookies are set only with your prior consent, with information under the Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020 "On Electronic Communications". Consent can be withdrawn in your browser.

5. Sharing, retention and security
